About WagHere

WagHere is an independent directory of off-leash dog parks and dog beaches, built one council at a time – starting in Sydney. Find somewhere to let your bestie off the lead, check the hours, and go wag there. 🐾

Where the information comes from

Every listing is compiled from the relevant council's official website (or the land manager's official page). Each park page links to its source and shows the date we last checked it. Where a council doesn't say something – for example whether a park is fenced or has a water bubbler – we mark it as unknown rather than guess.

Disclaimer – rules change, check the signs

• Off-leash areas, hours and boundaries change. Councils run trials, adjust times for daylight saving, and close areas for sport, events or works.
• On-site signage always takes priority over anything on this site.
• Dogs must be under effective control at all times, and are prohibited within 10 metres of children's play equipment and food preparation/consumption areas under the NSW Companion Animals Act 1998.
• This site is not affiliated with any council. Information is provided in good faith without warranty; use it at your own risk.
